Hilti save companies money with new 'Scrappage Scheme'

As part of Hilti's commitment to their customers in the current challenging economic climate, the UK leading tool manufacturer is offering enhanced trade-ins through the 'Hilti Scrappage Scheme,' which runs for an entire month commencing on 1st July. The scheme is offered through the company's 'Hilti Centres' that are conveniently located nationwide, with your nearest Centre found online www.hilti.co.uk
Hilti save companies money with new
This exclusive offer goes over and above the company's standard trade-in offer as customers can also exchange competitor tools, whether they are 'dead or alive' i.e. in working order or broken. For example, trading in any 10kg combihammer for a Hilti TE 80-ATC combihammer will entitle the customer to receive an impressive £75 worth of consumable vouchers. In addition, if the trade-in is done through one of the Hilti Centres, the customer will also receive a Hilti canvas tool bag, free of charge.

The Scrappage Scheme also provides many more benefits to the customer. In the event of a tool breakdown, obtaining a replacement tool can be time-consuming and costly for the loan tool period; a trade-in solves these problems and removes downtime. Trading in old tools means no further repair costs are incurred since a new tool will be in perfect working condition. For all trade-ins, Hilti will also dispose of the old tools in accordance with Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) regulations, offering a customer an average saving of £25 per hand-held power tool.

By trading in an old tool and receiving a replacement Hilti tool, the customer will also benefit from enhanced productivity, therefore seeing efficiency benefits on-site. For example, a customer would see a 7% increase in productivity with the new Hilti SFH 22-A cordless hammer drill, as well as a 14% decrease in weight, compared to other market leading products. Several new Hilti tools also come with enhanced safety features, including Active Vibration Reduction (AVR) and Active Torque Control (ATC)

The new Hilti tool will also come with Hilti's industry leading 'Lifetime Service' - up to 2 years no cost and a repair cost limit following that. If a customer chooses Hilti Fleet Management, all repairs and servicing are included for the lifetime of the tool, together with other innovative features, such as theft coverage and online tracking.

The Scrappage Scheme clearly provides the customer with enhanced productivity and cost savings. For further information on how you can take advantage of the Hilti Scrappage Scheme, please contact Hilti Customer Services on 0800 886 100 or visit www.hilti.co.uk
