HETAS offers new solid fuel guide

HETAS has released a new version of its solid fuel and biomass guide, which lists approved fuels, installers and 400 approved appliances.
HETAS offers new solid fuel guide
The 2008/09 guide to solid mineral and wood-burning products and services, also offers details on efficiencies that can be made, how to select a good quality fuel and ensure the right ventilation is provided for open flue appliances.

The guide lists almost 1,100 HETAS approved installers throughout the UK who are registered with the competent persons scheme. However, the most up to date list is available online at HETAS

HETAS chief executive Bruce Allen said “This edition lists almost twice as many appliances as the previous guide, and reflects the increasing popularity of wood and biomass as a cost efficient, carbon neutral fuel.”
