Domestic ventilation specialist Greenwood Air Management has now officially merged with Zehnder Group UK, with effect from 1 July.
The move is part of the Zehnder Group’s vision to provide customers with a single source supply of indoor climate solutions, including heating, cooling, ventilation and clean air systems. The Greenwood brand joins the UK group alongside the existing Zehnder and Bisque brands.
Tony Twohig, who is managing director of both Greenwood and Zehnder Group UK, will head up the new company. He said: “We have had the intention of bringing the companies together for some time. With this change we are able to present ourselves as a single supplier of indoor climate solutions to a wide and diverse range of market sectors. Becoming part of the successful Zehnder brand will continue to benefit us as we grow and expand our business in the UK.”
The Greenwood brand will remain and continue to operate as a division of Zehnder Group UK, with dedicated sales and support teams working across the residential new build and refurbishment market sectors.
