Plumbers' merchant Graham has relaunched its Rewards scheme to both trade cash and credit customers. The scheme is designed to help customers earn rewards through purchases made through its network of 180 branches.
After registering in branch or through the dedicated website, Graham trade customers can start earning reward points. Members can redeem points against a whole range of products on offer in the Graham Rewards catalogue, with items ranging from iPods to SatNav systems. However, Graham recognises that not all products may be available in the catalogue and therefore offers a 'Just Ask' service allowing customers to request exactly what they are looking for.
Graham Rewards customers can also take advantage of partner offers negotiated by Graham on the customer's behalf. Currently these include 60 per cent off hotels and short breaks, free VIP tickets to Ministry of Paintball and comedy club and special deals on Ministry of Golf.
