The latest programme of one-day regional seminars offered by Danfoss is now available on the company's website, together with a simple online booking system. Venues for 2014 include purpose-built facilities provided by Danfoss' professional training partners, North Hampshire Training Ltd and Steve Willis Training Ltd in Basingstoke and Portchester respectively. The courses, which cover all aspects of domestic central heating controls techniques, both theory and practice, also highlight current regulations relating to domestic heating installations and recommend compliant solutions from the Danfoss range.

Installers who attend the one-day training sessions are guided through the various heating systems by an experienced Danfoss instructor who also explains how these can be controlled more efficiently using Danfoss products, from electronic programmers and thermostats to TRVs and motorised control valves. In addition, each training day includes a useful heating controls workshop, which gives installers the chance to gain hands-on experience of wiring and fault finding under expert instruction. Installers receive a certificate from Danfoss on successful completion of the course.

Danfoss believes providing professional training at regional venues makes it easier for busy installers to keep up to date with the latest regulations for domestic heating controls and to improve their skills and profitability. Marketing Director, Bjorn Sejr Nielsen, comments: 'Our dedicated training courses are designed to help installers stay ahead of the standards and maximise new business opportunities by offering their customers control upgrades that optimise comfort and reduce home heating costs. These courses are always very popular and installers are advised to book without delay to secure a place at a venue that's convenient for them. We will be adding new dates and venues throughout the year so installers can also register their details on our website and we'll get in touch when a course becomes available in their area.'
