Ecoflam, the manufacturer of high quality burners, has moved from Pershore to tailored office facilities on Blackpole Road in Worcester.

The move enables the company to accommodate continued sales growth and introduce an expanded product range.

In addition, the relocation has enabled a streamlining of its spare parts business, as well as the ability to offer a larger amount of finished products with shorter lead times. To coincide with the move, Ecoflam has also integrated improved customer service standards, including standardised carrier charges, new express delivery service and the removal of a minimum order charge.

Operations manager for the UK and Ireland, Mark Bingley, said that demand is increasing for the company's range of burners across the UK. 'The heating, process and spare parts sectors have been performing particularly well over the last 18 months, and our growing product portfolio of Ecoflam and ELCO burners has ensured we have quickly extended our reach into new markets. With this growth and the changes within the spare parts business, it makes perfect sense to move to more appropriate premises.'

As the burners division of Ariston Thermo Group, the business will continue to trade as Ecoflam, offering an extensive portfolio of Ecoflam and ELCO burners. The range comprises gas, light oil and dual fuel versions, designed for a wide array of domestic, commercial and industrial applications.
