Crossing the try line…..scoring winning partnerships

E. Tupling, the distributor to independent builders and plumbers merchants hosted its 2023 annual customer event on 6 October. This year’s event was held at the Halliwell Jones Stadium in Warrington, home of the Warrington Wolves Rugby League Team.

More than 150 merchant customers and key industry personnel travelled far and wide from across the UK to join in what was a hugely informative and enjoyable day. In addition, more than 20 leading UK Building and Plumbing Product, Renewable, and Underfloor Heating Manufacturers, who E.Tupling distribute for, fully championed the event and each showcased several new and innovative ranges.

E.Tupling utilised the event as a platform to launch their much-anticipated new 2023/24 Plumbing and Building Products Catalogue. The event also raised funds for E.Tupling’s corporate charity, The Warrington Wolves Charitable Foundation. More than £325 was raised during the event for the charity.

Claire Briars, head of marketing at E.Tupling said: “The event was meticulously planned to provide a captivating, fun and informative networking experience. The brand-new venue added that extra sparkle and helped elevate an already buzzing atmosphere. We never fail to establish the right environment for customer and supplier engagement however the inclusion of a licensed bar and personalised guided tours of the stadium and team changing rooms added a really helpful informal feel which encouraged some excellent discussion and feedback throughout the whole day.'

Customer Oliver Wilson, Procurement & eCommerce Manager at Matthewson & Rosemond stated: “Once again, E.Tupling have delivered a fantastic, engaging, and informative Customer Event in their 2023 Edition. Coming from a long-term customer, it has been thoroughly rewarding for me to see their obvious growth and expansion into various markets, and witness first-hand their growth in Marketing and Brand Promotion.

'The team at E.Tupling have always and will always be a true pleasure to deal with from the top to the bottom, they are all aligned with the same vision and direction inspired by the Directors. This passion and vision was evident throughout the entire day and I am already looking forward to next year’s event.”
