Cofely agrees facilities management deal with Infineum
Initially for five years, the contract will cover Infineum's global headquarters, research and development facilities, workshops and general administrative areas, based at Milton Hill, Oxfordshire.

A key element of the contract is the rigorous methodology being developed by Cofely and Infineum for performance measurement, which will be based on a balanced score card approach.

A dedicated team of Cofely staff will self-deliver or manage specialist sub-contractors delivering services including: m&e building maintenance, cleaning, reprographics, CAD, calibration, laboratory support, postroom and logistics (stores), grounds maintenance, waste and recycling management. As the contract proceeds, there are also plans to introduce energy management.
