CIBSE releases carbon emissions guide

The Energy and Carbon Emissions Regulation: a guide to implementation (EPBR), has been published by the Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers (CIBSE).
The publication is a key source of information on the Energy Performance of Buildings Regulations and is a comprehensive companion guide covering Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs), Display Energy Certificates (DECs), inspection of boilers and inspection of air conditioning systems.

The guide is part of a number of new CIBSE titles which aid compliance with Part L of Building Regulations and Energy Performance of Buildings Directive (EPBD).
