BSRIA has launched a new online resource for users to keep on top of the latest legislation, regulations and compliance information in the United Kingdom.
The
Legislation and Compliance Online Database replaces the annual legislation CD and will enable users to quickly search records relating to building services.
The online service includes detailed information about each selected Act or Regulation describing the building services impact, commencement dates, brief descriptions, authorities for enforcement, additional compliance guidance from a facilities management perspective is also given. A keyword search will produce a list of related acts, regulations and compliance information and will be continually updated.
An annual subscription to this resource will provide you with access to the fully searchable database, facilities management guidance on compliance, updated information on new legislation and a copy of BSRIA's legislation guidance notes.
