BSRIA has been awarded the Investors in People (IiP) National Standard accreditation.
The IiP report said that, among many other things, BSRIA’s senior management team was praised for its level of transparency during the IiP ‘journey’ adding that this demonstrated that everyone at the association was committed to embracing and responding to feedback. There is now a ‘cascade’ of consultation between business managers and team members, the organisation says.
As part of this, the Brexit focus groups were commended as a great way of involving and engaging people across the business, as well as useful sources of information and feedback for senior managers.
BSRIA chief executive, Julia Evans, said: “This is excellent news for BSRIA and represents the gold standard in investment in people. I would like to thank the staff who led the process, especially our HR & recruitment officer and the HR administrator, who worked hard and indeed gave something extra, to achieve this important and exciting result.
“This fantastic news follows on from BSRIA being awarded both the ISO Certificate of Registration and the Cyber Essentials Certificate of Compliance at the end of last year,” she added.
