Baxi prepares for Christmas call-outs

With Christmas not far away, engineers are being reminded to keep the number of Andrews Water Heaters and Potterton Commercial’s emergency helpline handy for call-outs during the festive holiday period.

The out-of-hours technical assistance line - 0345 070 1058 - which was launched earlier this year - is designed for scenarios where restoring heating and/or hot water is critical to business operations or occupant safety.

The technical advisory team is comprised of skilled engineers who are experts in the field and have in-depth knowledge of Baxi Heating’s entire commercial portfolio.

Andy Green, technical director – commercial at Baxi Heating said: “While calls for emergency technical assistance are rare, it is of the utmost importance to our customers that they are answered and resolved quickly so, in the unlikely event of a breakdown, our customers can rest assured that we are here to help anytime.

“We are proud to be the first manufacturer to offer this out-of-hours service. Our sister company, Remeha, is included in this initiative too, so we can provide a complete support service to all our commercial customers, whatever combination of our heating and hot water products they have installed.”

To speak to a technical advisor during office hours (9am – 5.30pm, Monday – Friday) call 0345 070 1057. In the event of an emergency when the office is closed, call 0345 070 1058.
