The newly launched heateam commercial service from Baxi aims to provide support for all products supplied under the company's brands, including Andrews Water Heaters, Potterton Commercial and Baxi-SenerTec UK.
Customers can sign up to a tailored servicing contract for their entire plant, designed to cover all heating and hot water equipment, including LZC technologies as part of the service.
If installation should include a mix of Baxi Commercial Division products and other manufacturers' equipment, heateam commercial service technicians have the training and to service this as well.
Andrews Water Heaters and Potterton Commercial have product ranges which include complementary LZC solutions, such as solar thermal, heat pumps and Heat Interface Units; and Baxi SenerTec UK markets the Dachs mini-CHP unit.
Andy Green, technical manager for Baxi Commercial Division, heads up the heateam Commercial Service operation, he said: 'We actively seek to be involved at the earliest stage of any project that involves integrating high efficiency boilers and water heaters with LZC technologies to ensure that, right from the design stage, the installation will perform to maximise energy savings and carbon emissions.
'With a new heateam Commercial Service contract, you can now keep your equipment operating at its best for its full product lifecycle. These individually tailored service contracts provide for regular on-site servicing of our equipment and can be completed annually or at the requisite regular intervals, depending on product type, system design and usage of equipment. The service includes replacement of consumable components, ensuring the products continue to operate effectively. It also entitles you to the additional support of reduced labour rates and spare parts required, within the term of the contract. A reminder is automatically sent ahead of the service date together with a named point of contact. The new heateam Commercial Service coverage is UK wide, utilising Baxi Commercial Division engineers.'
