Alpha Heating Innovation has introduced a new registration scheme that allows heating engineers to notify Gas Safe of all their Alpha boiler installations free of charge.
Available to all Alpha customers, the scheme works by logging in to a new dedicated section on the Alpha website. Here installers can access a wealth of information relating to their installation history and look up the numbers and prices of spare parts.
Divided into four main sections, the installer area provides clear direction for users, allowing them to skip straight to the area of relevance to them. The key benefit of the scheme, however, is that when an installer registers an installation the details are automatically passed to Gas Safe and the appropriate safety certificates are generated and sent to the homeowner at no cost.
Jerry Studden from Alpha said: 'The new installer scheme has been designed to make it as easy as possible for installers to register not only the boiler warranty with us, but also to notify Gas Safe. As well as saving them time it saves them money as Alpha automatically covers the cost of the fee they would pay if registering directly with Gas Safe Register.'
