James Cavan has been promoted to the role of sales director. He joined Aico in September 1997 as an area sales representative and was most recently national sales manager.
Mr Cavan has a Level 9 Professional Development Award in SCQF and, in October 2014, gained his BA in Business and Enterprise from Edinburgh Napier University.
Matthew Small has been made Aico’s commercial and financial director, having started at the firm in 1999 as a warehouse operative.
A member of the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT), Mr Small has completed the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) Diploma and Advanced Diploma in Management Accounting.
