Magnetic filtration technology manufacturer Adey Professional Heating Solutions has made two key boardroom appointments.
The non-executive director appointments include Stewart Barnes lends who spent ten years with the multi-national Hansen Group, becoming a main board director at 34, then joint-Chief Executive Officer. He was also involved in senior sales and marketing management at UK flat glass market leader Pilkington.
Solicitor Edward Davies is the company's second appointment at board level. The former university law lecturer and current partner at South West law firm Rickerbys brings specialist corporate legal expertise to the boardroom.
