FUSO offers the reclamation and destruction of refrigerants to customers on a national basis in Japan through a network of regional offices and key processing sites near Tokyo. It also has a long standing and leading presence in the gas detector market in Japan. This transaction transfers the FUSO gas reclamation, destruction and gas detection operations into the existing A-Gas business in Japan.

Group chief executive officer of A-Gas Jack Govers said: “This is an exciting expansion of our global business and strengthens our presence in Asia.
