Entries for The HVR Awards 2016 are now closed, except for the Customer Service Person and Trainee of the Year categories. Following huge industry demand, organiser Datateam Business Media has extended the entry deadline to the 31st August.

Launched in 2015, the Customer Service Person of the Year category is designed for the individual who outshines everyone with their customer service. Anyone based at the frontline field of heating and ventilation can be nominated, whether they are the accounts clerk, receptionist, apprentice, engineer or company owner.

Nominating someone in the awards not only gives them the an independent stamp of approval awarded to them by their peers, but it also reinforces your brand, by showing customers that your staff members are the ones to watch in the heating and ventilation industry.
