Alpha Heating Innovation has appointed Richard Geldard as its new director of customer service and relations, bringing with him extensive knowledge and a genuine passion for helping others.
Although his most recent role was head of customer service for a luxury bathroom manufacturer, Richard began his career at the age of 16 when he took his first customer service role in his local bank. Building on this, he then went on to work for Shell in its London office and later a hearing aid company.
