Jim Moore, country director for the UK and Eire business, has been promoted to regional director for the new Northern Region with responsibility for the business result of all countries within the region. He also retains his current direct UK and Eire responsibilities.

'The new structure is a further development of our group sales and marketing organisation and will allow a more efficient management of the different brands throughout our business as well as improved use of synergies in the different markets,' said Jim Moore.
