Ipswich-based Soler & Palau Ventilation group has bought Kruger Asia Holdings, a Pan-Pacific based leading manufacturer of commercial and industrial ventilation products.
Kruger has manufacturing facilities in Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, India and China and subsidiary companies in Indonesia, Philippines, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Vietnam.

The net consolidated sales of Kruger Asia Holdings in 2008 were in excess of $95 million US.

Kruger Asia Holdings will continue under the leadership of Mr.CF Yang, managing director and founder of the company.
