Previously product application manager at Remeha, Mike Hefford has been in the business for a total of 20 years.

Prior to his role as product application manager, he held positions as head of renewables and product manager - CHP.

In the newly created role of general manager, Mr Hefford will be responsible for managing the entire CHP customer journey from specification to commissioning and aftersales support.
