Property maintenance and multi-utility metering services provider PH Jones has appointed Gary Conway as business improvement manager.
Moving from Tesco, where he was director of internet shopping and responsible for the leadership and management of a workforce of 6,000, Mr Conway's main role will be in helping PH Jones to continue to improve efficiencies and service delivery to all customers.
He will also be responsible for identifying areas of improvement within divisional training and development, fleet management and recruitment.
