Partnership offers connected boiler control

Worcester Bosch has partnered with Vericon, provider of building management technologies, to offer a range of solutions for remote boiler monitoring

This is in recognition of the growing needs of social housing customers to be able to monitor the condition of their housing stock, including the heating systems as part of overall tenants’ welfare.

While the boiler is a vitally important part of the home, there is also a need for a range of other monitoring solutions from environmental to emergency light compliance.

The partnership will deliver a single control module that social housing customers can use to monitor a wide range of applications in their tenant homes, such as lighting, temperature and humidity.

Martyn Bridges, director of technical communication and product management at Worcester Bosch commented: “The partnership with Vericon Systems will allow us to work together closely to offer a range of products and services that are highly optimised for residential social landlords, councils, and their maintenance providers. It will enable these customers to achieve compliance, tackle fuel poverty, and due to many features of the products and their market leading affordability, provide a substantial return on investment.'
