Prior to joining Andrews Water Heaters, Mr Martindale previously held the role of southern sales director for Vent-Axia’s commercial and industrial business for three years.

He has also worked as an area sales manager for a mechanical pipe joining solutions manufacturer, and as a national sales manager for a power equipment company.

Adam Turk, managing director, commercial of Baxi Heating, said: “We’re delighted to welcome Dan to our team. His experience in the HVAC as well as the construction industry puts him in a perfect position to drive sales efforts and customer service strategy for the brand. I’m confident that he will build on Andrews Water Heaters’ strong reputation and successfully lead on implementing its business plans over the coming years.”

Mr Martindale added: “It’s great to be joining a successful brand in the industry with ambitious plans for growth. I look forward to working with the team here and applying my experience to increase the brand’s market share and ensure that the business continues to meet our customers’ needs and expectations.”
