New recruit at Hamworthy

Hamworthy Heating’s newest recruit, Vincet Ng, will be joining the sales team and will cover central London, an area previously overseen by Gary Banham who has recently been promoted to senior area sales manager.

Vincet Ng of Hamworthy Heating.

Hamworthy’s specification manager for London, Paul Fox, retired at the end of last year which has led to a reshuffle of the Hamworthy sales team’s area responsibilities in the capital.

Mr Ng joins Hamworthy with experience involving specification and sales in the heating and construction industry from underfloor heating systems to domestic heating controls. In his roles, he dealt with a multitude of stakeholders in the construction industry such as local authorities, engineers, housebuilders, contractors and developers.

With expertise in heating controls, Vincent brings in the knowledge to support Hamworthy’s strategy to underline the importance of correctly set up boiler controls to conserve energy.

On his new role and joining Hamworthy, he commented: “Hamworthy is a well-known and market-leading brand in the industry. That along with the opportunity to focus on the Central London area made it an obvious choice for me.

“What I particularly enjoy about my work is giving specialist system advice and assistance to engineers who are designing and installing services for entire projects. It gives me a certain sense of pride to be able to say that I’ve worked on some of the impressive projects that have been built in London and the rest of the UK.”

Kevin Potter, national sales manager for Hamworthy Heating, commented: “We’re pleased to welcome Vincent to our sales team. With his background in the heating industry and an already established customer base, we’re looking forward to putting our ambitious plans – especially in London – into practice.”
