New operations director for Heatrae Sadia

Heatrae Sadia has appointed Jonathan Madden as operations director. He will be responsible for quality, manufacturing, purchasing, engineering and maintenance, plus the safety and environmental requirements of the company.

He has been with the company since 1987 when he joined as a draughtsman and has since worked in a number of different roles including national service manager, quality assurance and service manager and commercial service manager. His career with Heatrae Sadia has involved significant travel throughout the UK, Europe and other regions, including the Middle and Far East.

Mr Madden was previously technical director for five years, leading the research and development team to deliver 38 new products during the last three years. He holds a fellowship with the Chartered Institute of Plumbing & Heating Engineering.
