New accounts manager appointed at Wolseley UK

Wolseley UK has appointed Sean Blandford to the position of national accounts manager - key accounts.
New accounts manager appointed at Wolseley UK
Mr Blandford, who previously headed up sales for Grundfoss Pumps in Ireland, will report to Bill Freemantle, Wolseley UK's national sales manager.

He will be responsible for developing key accounts in the UK building services sector, with a particular focus on expanding sales of renewables, prefabricated pipe work for large projects and offsite-manufactured, modular engineered building services solutions.

Mr Blandford said: 'There is huge potential for growth in the sector. In addition to the environmental benefits, offsite manufacture and prefabrication give contractors and clients cost-certainty, and help companies manage cash-flow. In the current challenging economic climate, this can give a decisive advantage.'
