Manfield Pollard makes triple appointment

To drive its rapid growth strategy, air management specialist Mansfield Pollard has made three new appointments to its team.

Left to right: Roy Brown, Lisa Brewster, and Ashley Kelly.

Roy Brown has been appointed business development manager, and his primary focus will be on the development of strategic relationships with existing and new customers in the North East.

Also joining the team is seasoned HR manager Lisa Brewster. Ms Brewster has a strong manufacturing background and is CIPD and NEBOSH accredited. Her remit as HR manager is to aid the senior management team in supporting and growing Mansfield Pollard’s talented team of over 118 people. She will focus on addressing the industry-wide skills shortage by looking at new areas of recruitment to source the right candidates.

Proficient in various platforms of PLC, HMI, and SCADA programming, Ashley Kelly has also been recruited by Mansfield Pollard as electrical projects manager.

Lou Frankland, Mansfield Pollard sales director, said: “Delivering exceptional customer service and working with our clients to create innovative bespoke solutions which add value are at the heart of what Mansfield Pollard does and in appointing Roy, Lisa, and Ashley we have added to our capacity to provide customers with both the products and the service that they require.

“We are thrilled to welcome three new employees to our team and I am confident that Roy, Lisa, and Ashley will embrace the Mansfield Pollard culture and contribute to future success.”
