Lindab acquires French ventilation distributor

Lindab is to acquire Elia Sarl, a ventilation distributor with a market presence in the south of France.
The company has a branch located in Montpellier in France, generating annual sales of around £1.9m (SEK 20m).

President and CEO David Brodetsky said: 'This small acquisition is a perfect strategic fit. It is a successful business that will be able to grow even quicker as part of Lindab.'
