LG moves into National Self Build and Renovation Centre

The Air Conditioning and Energy Solutions division of LG Electronics has moved into the National Self Build and Renovation Centre in Swindon.

The National Self Build and Renovation Centre.

It has taken a permanent display area and will also be installing its equipment in one of the permanent energy houses to give self-builders a perfect opportunity to see how the LG equipment might contribute to their project.

The LG brand is recognised worldwide and in the UK is probably best known for its TVs, smart phones and white goods, and more recently for its partnership with the Football Association; its big TV screens will be showcased across Club Wembley and at St George’s Park in Burton-upon-Trent.

However, people are becoming increasingly aware of the air conditioning and heating products LG supplies and, with the quality and excellent controls that come as standard, these products are gaining a foothold in the competitive UK marketplace.

LG marketing manager, Donna-Marie Evans, said: “We’re delighted to join the Self Build Design and Renovation Centre and to showcase the wide range of products we supply in the UK under one roof throughout the year.

“From the excellent range of air conditioning units to our market leading air source heat pumps which are being accepted as mainstream heating options here in the UK, we have an exciting mix of offerings we can show to the more than 20,000 self-builders out there putting together their special self-build projects at any one time in the UK, and to those looking at renovating their homes and looking for energy efficient, green alternatives to their current home heating and cooling technologies.”

Those interested in seeing the new LG Electronics technologies can visit the centre between Tuesday and Sunday from 10am – 5.30pm each day.
