LCL achieves ISO 9001

Logic Certification Ltd (LCL) has achieved ISO 9001:2015 certification, further establishing it as a leader in its field.

ISO 9001 requires organisations to demonstrate that they have a quality management system in place to ensure consistency and improvement, leading to high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.

The independent assessment was conducted by the British Assessment Bureau and demonstrates LCL's commitment to customer service and quality in delivery.

Mark Krull, director of LCL said: 'We're pleased to have achieved standard ISO 9001 certification in recognition of our commitment to providing the very best in developing and delivering industry qualifications. Ensuring we make the ISO 9001 grade has knock-on benefits to both LCL approved centres and training candidates undertaking our qualifications.

'I would like to thank quality assurance and relationship manager, Tracy Harker, who took the lead in achieving this accolade, and the rest of the team at LCL for their continued support and commitment to our customers.'
