So, if I install a split air con unit in my house and I am covered by MCS, I can get the same £850 per system rebate. If I install a multi-split system with five fan coils, this will be classed as only one system so I will also get £850.
However if I install five splits, my house will look awful, but I get 5 x £850.
Ladies and gentlemen, the era of multiple splits is back - multi-splits and VRF are for fools.
The only catch is there are currently no air to air units on the MCS list and MCS is for plumbers, not fridge engineers.
