Ideal Boilers encourages installers to take up training opportunities

Ideal Boilers is urging installers to take advantage of opportunities to update their knowledge and skills.

Ideal Boilers is urging installers to take advantage of opportunities to update their knowledge and skills.

The company has dubbed September ‘Learn to Earn’ month, and is encouraging its customers to sign up to training courses that can help take their business to the next level.

Training manager Scott Young said: “Our installers get so much out of our courses. Our free product training sessions offer installers an opportunity to gain the most up-to-date technical training in a great workshop environment, where they can talk to their peers, learn about new developments and technologies, look at problem-solving and share knowledge.

“The knowledge gained and skills enhanced by training are put to instant and obvious use when the installer, or one of their colleagues, returns to work. Easier installations, right first time, mean increased customer satisfaction, reduced repairs and hopefully, word of mouth recommendation, therefore growing the business.”

Ideal offers two dedicated training Centres of Excellence, serving installers in the Reading and Leeds. There are also satellite centres in Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.

“If installers can’t come to us we can go to them, free of charge, with our mobile training Centre of Excellence. This is ideal for groups where there are four or five installers needing to update their knowledge or training.”

For more information on training, visit www.idealboilers.com, email technical.training@idealheating.com or phone 01482 498 432.
