Fläkt Woods to host Energy Efficiency Symposium

Fläkt Woods is running its second Energy Efficiency Symposium on Thursday 18 June, following the success of a similar event held last December.

It will be held at the Building Centre in London and guests are invited to join the Fläkt Woods team as well as the guest speaker, Professor Tim Dwyer, from 6pm, to learn more about the critical issue of indoor air quality (IAQ) and good ventilation in schools and education facilities.

Free to attend, the symposium follows the recent launch of Fläkt Woods’ innovative eCO PREMIUM energy recovery unit, which is a key solution for the education sector in particular, where the pressure on ensuring the wellbeing of students and teaching staff has heightened.

Yan Evans at Fläkt Woods said: 'Attendees will have an opportunity to meet the team over canapés and drinks and discuss IAQ and our new eCO PREMIUM energy recovery unit in more detail with our in-house experts. There will be a CPD presentation from the esteemed guest speaker, Professor Tim Dwyer, as well as a Q&A session. And, to tie the day up, guests can enjoy refreshments and BBQ afterwards.'

eCO PREMIUM has been specifically developed to assist schools in meeting increasingly stringent government guidelines, whilst cutting costs too. The unit is capable of recovering 85 per cent of the thermal energy, making it a highly efficient solution.
