First dates for 'RHI Roadshow' announced by DECC

With the hotly anticipated domestic Renewable Heat Incentive (RHI) set to arrive this spring, the Department of Energy & Climate Change (DECC) are embarking on a series of events to talk to consumers and installers the length & breadth of Britain.
DECC will be showcasing the many benefits of the RHI at two of the biggest events in the construction calendar: Ecobuild and the National Homebuilding & Renovating Show.

Ecobuild, the event for sustainable design, construction, energy and the built environment and the National Homebuilding & Renovating Show, the show for homebuilders & renovators, offer the opportunity to promote RHI to more than 80,000 interested visitors.

As well as London and the Midlands, the 'RHI Roadshow' will be visiting various events nationwide, including in Scotland, Wales, the North of England and the South-West of England.

These events will be confirmed shortly, and all of the dates on the 'RHI Roadshow' will be announced in the coming weeks.

Ecobuild is being held at ExCel, London from 4th to 6th March. Visit www.ecobuild.co.uk

The National Homebuilding & Renovating Show is being held at The NEC, Birmingham from 27th to 30th March. Visit www.homebuilding.co.uk

DECC will be showcasing the whole house offer available under the RHI & Green Deal from a dedicated zone at both shows. Furthermore, with new tariffs and technologies expected for the non-domestic RHI, this zone will also cover the commercial opportunities on offer.

For the first time, with the non-domestic and the domestic RHI working in parallel, every building in Great Britain will be able to take advantage of the RHI.

I know Spring 2014 has been cited as the date that we will start being able to apply for domestic RHI. Does anybody have anymore news on what that actual date is going to be?
