Cash injection for wood-burning boiler firm

A North East firm specialising in wood-burning boilers has received a £150,000 cash injection from venture capitalist Northstar Ventures.
Based in Cramlington, Northumberland, The Wood Heating Company (Biomass) Ltd plans to use the funds to recruit additional staff following an increase in sales due to the imminent extension of the Government’s Renewable Heat Incentive to domestic properties.

The company has been supplying biomass boilers for over 20 years and installs boilers at domestic and commercial premises throughout the North East and beyond.
