Gavin Davies has been appointed field service manager to Baxi Commercial Division's heateam Commercial Service and Paul Marsden has been appointed specification sales manager at Baxi Commercial Division.
As field service manager, Mr Davies will lead and manage the organisation's field service team along with the field service agent network. Previously an engineer with North American Combustion, he commissioned process plants in both the UK and overseas. He joined Andrews Water Heaters, a brand under Baxi Commercial Division, as a commissioning engineer. Since the merger with Baxi Commercial Division, he has been working more closely with the technical manager, commissioning installations that incorporate LZC (Low to Zero Carbon) heating and hot water solutions.
Paul Marsden, who has been appointed specification sales manager, previously worked at Lochinvar as UK sales manager. Prior to this, he was employed as a qualified technician by British Gas and worked for Andrews Water Heaters.
