Baxi Commercial achieves Investors in People Award

Baxi Commercial has been awarded a bronze Investors in People award, acknowledging the high standard of motivation, support and development it provides to its employees at its Erdington site.
The Investors in People scheme rewards and recognises businesses that show continued focus on the development of their team through better business practices, training programmes and a 'people first' approach.

As the only quality standard in the UK, The Investors in People accreditation framework assesses companies against a set of criteria that measure working culture, employee engagement and leadership.

Baxi Commercial was awarded the standard award three years ago, but has exceeded the 63 evidence requirements on this occasion to claim the bronze award.

Paddy Fletcher, human resource manager at Baxi, comments: 'Winning this award is a great step for Baxi Commercial as it recognises the hard work that our employees have put into the company. The accreditation also provides a great benchmark for us to build on; as we continue to consolidate our strengths and develop other areas of the company to meet the same high standard.

'Our staff are at the heart of our business and investing in their needs and ambitions is crucial to continue business success. We will continue to work with Investors in People, as we aim to extend the award across the whole company in the future.'
