Andrews Water Heaters hires new product manager

Andrews Water Heaters has announced the appointment of a new product manager to take its current product portfolio forward and develop new solutions for commercial water heating.

Gemma Kilburn, product manager at Andrews Water Heaters

Gemma Kilburn will be taking over from Jonathan Tedstone, who has moved to Baxi Residential Boilers as key account manager. Ms Kilburn will work with multiple teams to lead on the development, go-to-market strategy and product life cycle management of Andrews Water Heaters’ line of solutions.

Ms Kilburn holds an MA in Product Design Engineering and brings with her over a decade of experience in product management. She started her career as a product and business manager for a fabric touchpad company before becoming European product manager for Epson printers. Prior to joining Andrews Water Heaters, Ms Kilburn held the role of customer experience manager for Canon’s B2B solutions.

Mike Parsons, head of product management, commercial at Baxi Heating, said: “We’re delighted to welcome Gemma to our team. Her blend of relevant functional and technical expertise will bring great value to Andrews Water Heaters and ensure that we deliver innovative and high-performance water heating solutions for commercial applications.”

Ms Kilburn added: “It’s great to be working with a brand like Andrews Water Heaters which is well-respected in the industry. I look forward to working with the team here and transferring my experience from consumer electronics to develop water heating solutions that meet customers’ needs and set the bar for others in the market.”
