Altecnic extends Caleffi 5 year warranty to cover radiator valves

Altecnic, the supplier of hydronic solutions and part of the Caleffi Group, has unveiled an extension to the Caleffi 5 year warranty to cover the Ecocal® Thermostatic Radiator Valves (TRVs) and the Ecocal® Twin Packs.

The Ecocal twin pack

Ecocal® TRV has been designed to ensure heating systems are energy efficient with its liquid filled element automatically controlling the opening of the valve to maintain the desired ambient temperature of the room, ensuring that only required heat is used.

The brass TRVs with a chrome plated finish are particularly ideal for use in conventional twin pipe heating systems where the level of temperature control needs to be more accurate than is available through a manually operated valve.

Supported by an ‘I-rated’ TELL (Thermostatic Efficiency Labelling) classification, the Ecocal® fulfils the requirements which are in line with EN 215 for energy efficiency.

The 5 year warranty covers the Ecocal® thermostatic control heads and the Ecocal® twin packs, which consist of the control head, body and lockshield valve.

Gary Perry, Managing Director of Altecnic, commented, ‘With Caleffi as our parent company, quality comes as standard to Altecnic. The extension of the Caleffi 5 year warranty to cover the Ecocal® TRVs, as well as a range of TMVs and PRVs, further proves this.’
