Prior to joining Alpha, Mr Westwater spent the last four years as a self-employed installer. Prior to that, he was branch manager for the Brighton branch of Plumbase.

Mr Westwater said: “I missed the selling side of working for a merchant but I was wary of getting stuck behind a desk as I also enjoyed the freedom I had while working as an installer. In this position, I have the best of both worlds. I am constantly meeting new people, both merchants and installers, and I am enjoying drawing their attention to the great products we have on offer.”

He continued: “It feels like I have joined at a really great time as there are many exciting developments in the pipeline. The after service is also excellent, which is an area other brands struggle with – with Alpha, you get the full package.”  

As a technical sales manager, Mr Westwater is responsible for promoting the Alpha brand to installers as well as providing support and guidance on Alpha products across the South East.
