Alpha expands sales team

Alpha Heating Innovation has added a new member to its team of technical sales managers, appointing Chris Westwater to cover the South East of England.

Chris Westwater, technical sales manager at Alpha Heating Innovation.

Prior to joining Alpha, Mr Westwater spent the last four years as a self-employed installer. Prior to that, he was branch manager for the Brighton branch of Plumbase.

Mr Westwater said: “I missed the selling side of working for a merchant but I was wary of getting stuck behind a desk as I also enjoyed the freedom I had while working as an installer. In this position, I have the best of both worlds. I am constantly meeting new people, both merchants and installers, and I am enjoying drawing their attention to the great products we have on offer.”

He continued: “It feels like I have joined at a really great time as there are many exciting developments in the pipeline. Made from top quality components for a reasonable price, Alpha boilers are brilliant value. The after service is also excellent, which is an area other brands struggle with – with Alpha, you get the full package.”

As a technical sales manager, Mr Westwater is responsible for promoting the Alpha brand to installers as well as providing support and guidance on Alpha products across the South East.
