The integration of Sanyo into the Panasonic business has begun in North America.
The Georgia-based hvac products group of Sanyo North America Corp’s Commercial Solutions Division will be the first to be officially integrated into Panasonic’s North American operations on October 1.

The formation of the new unit, to be called Panasonic Air Conditioning Group, follows Panasonic’s acquisition of Sanyo Electric, which became final on April 1.
