Leading asset and facilities management specialist Kinetics has been successful in securing its place on the prestigious Procure Plus Framework (formerly GM Procure).
The Procure Plus Installer Framework is a regeneration company covering a wide range of work streams valued at more than £350million. It is run by a consortium of housing providers and Kinetics has now joined the Framework on 13 different work streams including kitchens, windows and doors, heating and environmental works.

'We are delighted to have become a member of such an important organisation,' said Martin Stone, pre-construction director of Kinetics.

'Kinetics specialises in every aspect of asset and facilities management and property maintenance and we are confident that we will provide a valuable contribution.'

The framework duration is four years and the work will be allocated by a mixture of direct call off and mini tender competitions.

Works are due to commence towards the end of 2010 and into 2011.

Procure Plus is limited by guarantee and therefore is a not-for-profit organisation. The stock is concentrated around the north west of England and the consortium includes among its members: Calico Housing, Cumbria Housing Partners, Guinness Northern Counties, Harvest Housing Group, Home Group, Lancashire Housing Partnership, Mosscare Housing, Parkway Green Housing Trust, Rochdale Boroughwide Housing, Salix Homes, Six Town Housing, Stockport Homes, Trafford Housing Trust.
