Organised by Datateam Business Media, publisher of leading industry publication Heating & Ventilating Review, the HVR Awards have been championing innovation, excellence and achievement across the heating and ventilating industry for over a decade.
Ancillary Product of the Year which was won by the Titon FireSafe Air Brick and the Domestic Heating Product of the Year award went to Drayton for their New Digistat. The Highly Commended for this category was given to Stelrad for their beautiful Cast iron column radiator range.
Next we moved on to the Ventilation categories, starting with the Industrial/Commercial Ventilation Product of the Year, taken home by the Belimo team for their Energy Valve & Thermal Energy Meter. The award for Domestic Ventilation Product of the Year was won by Mitsubishi Electric for The Residential Lossnay MVHR Unit.
This year’s Industrial/Commercial Air Conditioning Product of the Year was won by Fujitsu DX Kits; meanwhile Klima-Therm with their Engie Spectrum Heat Pump won the Heat Pump Product of the Year and the Highly Commended for this award went to Mitsubishi Electric’s Ecodan Hydrodan.
Breathing Buildings with East Anglian Air Ambulance well-deservedly won the Collaboration of the Year trophy and the brilliant Mitsubishi Electric & BESA were Highly Commended. The next award was the Industrial/Commercial Heating Product of the Year awarded to Hoval for the UltraGas 2.
The 2022 HVR Awards Net Zero Hero trophy went home with Carrier & E.on, with the Highly Commended awarded to Kimpton Energy Solutions. Following this, the HVAC Initiative of the Year accolade went to Viewmyair with their IAQ 1.0.
The HVR Awards prides itself on shining a light on the bright and brilliant individuals that make up our industry. The Customer Service Award was handed to the Worcester Bosch Customer Services Team. Next, Finn Geotherm’s Sam Groves was awarded Apprentice of the Year; and LCL Awards Inclusivity Charter won the Training Initiative of the Year.
The award for Wholesaler/Distributor of the Year was won by TG Lynes and the Highly Commended accolade went to E.Tupling.
Finally, the coveted Lifetime Achievement Award was won by Sue Sharp, Overclean!
