Heatrae Sadia Heating has invested in its sales team by bolstering its presence in key locations and creating a new division for its range of electric boilers, water heaters and panel heaters.
To kick-start Heatrae Sadia Heating's new strategy, the former sales director of Potterton, Spencer Clark has been appointed as sales and marketing director.

Jon Cockburn, senior product manager is now in charge of managing the marketing department.

They replace sales and marketing director David Bradbrook who has retired and marketing manager David Webster.

Spencer Clark said: 'New legislation, changes to the building regulations and the government's continued focus on energy efficiency means there are fresh challenges ahead for the electric heating industry. It's therefore an exciting time to be joining Heatrae Sadia Heating, and we look forward to addressing the issues to ensure that electric heating products have a very positive future.'

Spence said 'In order to secure its future, the electric heating industry needs to respond to these challenges with more efficient, energy-saving products and a comprehensive renewables strategy'.

Heatrae Sadia Heating says it remains committed to the fast growing electric heating market and can offer a full electric heating package, with wet central heating flow boilers, a 'one box' heating and hot water solution, direct fired large unvented hot water storage cylinders, panel heaters and heated towel rails.
