Four Seasons acquires Lincoln Green BMS

Four Seasons Group (FSG), a leading heating, ventilation and air conditioning services group, has acquired Lincoln Green BMS (LGBMS).
The acquisition of LGBMS adds a significant new skill set to the group, supporting Four Seasons ability to offer clients the opportunity to reduce energy bills and comply with increasing amounts of carbon reduced legislation.

Following the successful acquisition of Berkeley Controls in April 2010, increased staff will bolster the Controls and Energy Division, headed by Ray Wall.

Wall will look to blend the complementary skills of LGBMS and Berkeley Controls' Midland office, to accelerate the growth of the Controls and Energy Management Division.

With offices in Plymouth, Bristol, Royston, High Wycombe, Cardiff, Leicester, Leeds and now Nottingham, the Group's planned strategy to provide a clean, safe and accessible air conditioning and controls and energy management service nationwide is taking shape.

'I am delighted to announce the acquisition of LGBMS and welcome Richard Slater, managing director of LGBMS, and his team into the Four Seasons Group,' said Group CEO, Stuart Lawrie.

'LGBMS is a successful controls and energy management business which generates annual revenues in excess of £1million. LGBMS installs and maintains building management systems in the commercial, healthcare and education markets,' Lawrie added.

In addition to continuing Four Seasons' work, LGBMS are experts in the field of controlling naturally ventilated buildings.

Recent projects include the installation of Trend BMS for the Garrick theatre in Lichfield, which has subsequently won numerous design awards.
