Flogas expands call centre

LPG gas supplier Flogas has expanded its call centre with the appointment of 15 new members of staff and the installation of the latest in call-handling technology.
The new employees will join the existing call centre team, which comprises 42 people, and will be based at Flogas' head office in Leicester.

As part of the investment, Flogas has also introduced new computer systems and equipment, to assist the staff in handling the calls the centre receives each year.
