The HVR Awards are open for entries
As usual the industry event will take place in October when a new group of winners will be inducted into the ‘Hall of Flame’ at the hotly-anticipated awards ceremony. This year, we will be back at the Chelsea Harbour Hotel in London on October 5, so make sure you hold that date.
Organised by Heating & Ventilating Review publisher, Datateam Business Media, the HVR Awards has been rewarding excellence in the HVAC sector for over a decade. And now, we’re back with 17 trophies up for grabs, among them six new categories added this year.

WHAT’S NEW THIS YEAR...
Judged Awards
• Owing to the importance heat pumps will play in helping the government to reduce greenhouse gas emissions to Net Zero by 2050, we would like to encourage heat pump manufacturers and will therefore present two Heat Pump Product of the Year awards for both a domestic and a commercial product.
• The growing importance of Indoor Air Quality and its role in contributing to the health and wellbeing of occupants in a building can’t be denied. With that in mind, the HVR Awards will present an Indoor Air Quality Initiative Award for the first time.
Core product categories will be returning this year including the Commercial/industrial awards for Air Conditioning, Heating, Ventilation and Ancillary. Also back are many of the most popular categories from last year such as the Collaboration of the Year and the Net Zero Hero focusing on the introduction of low carbon technology in commercial settings.
Industry Vote Awards
The HVR Awards 2023 is also introducing three special new awards which will be open to an industry vote.
• The Rising Star Award will be presented to a young professional, or a candidate who is new to the industry. The nominee will have had a game-changing impact on their employer’s business and will have established him or herself as an important team member.
• The HVAC Woman of the Year will go to a woman who has made an exceptional contribution to her employer’s business and stands out for her hard work and dedication.
• The Training Provider of the Year is a key award that will go to an HVAC company that has launched a training scheme to help professionals gain expertise in low carbon heating technologies.
