DSL wins Kent school contract

Delron Services (DSL) has secured the design and installation contract for the building engineering services refurbishment works at the Kent County Council special needs establishment, Valence School, in Westerham, Kent.
Working with framework consultant Aecom, the Kent County Property Group and the Schools Estates & Facilities Department, DSL has been commissioned to develop the base concept into a fully integrated system to cater for disabled and special needs pupils from all over the county.

Within the Victorian building the installation comprises a central boiler plant with Remeha condensing boilers and various heat emitters throughout the building. Also included is the redevelopment of the entire domestic water installation from a new boosted water central supply.
